GitHub Action
Run the checks on every pull request and fail the build if something critical appears.
Pin the action to a full commit SHA, not a tag, so a change to the action can't change your build without you noticing. The repository name is set when the action is published.
Inputs: fail-on (P0, P1 or P2; default P0), url (optional live URL), upload (send redacted results; needs api-token), api-token (a repository secret, never written in the file).
