Who we are
Rivyva is operated by Hallridge Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company in the United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms apply to the website and free Vitals scans. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to agree for yourself or the business you represent.
Your code and your sites
You may only connect repositories and URLs that you own or are authorized to have tested. You grant a limited, revocable license to access and analyze that code and public site solely to provide the service.
Who owns what
You own your code, including changes in pull requests once you merge them. We own the service, the checks and the software. You grant a license to use anonymized, aggregated finding outcomes that never include your code, names or URLs.
What we do, and what we don't
We scan, report, open pull requests, review them and run drills on temporary copies. We never merge pull requests, deploy to your production environment or change your billing. You decide whether to merge.
No promise that every problem is gone
Reports and readiness letters record which checks ran and their results on a specific commit. They are not a warranty that the application is free of defects, and they do not cover later changes or problems outside the listed checks.
Your responsibilities
Keep backups before merging. Rotate any credential we tell you has been exposed. Notify your own users where the law requires it. You remain the controller of your users' data.
Fees
Prices are on the pricing page. Rivyva is not taking payments yet. Before any paid work starts, we will confirm the price and how to pay in writing.
Refunds
Refund rules and the re-fix guarantee are on the Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law.
